Error with the updater

When I try to open the louncher, the updater starts to download some file (87) it goes really slow for some reason untill it gets to 85/87 files dowloaded and its stops giving me this error: " Error while downloading file bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe: context deadline exceeded (Client.Timeout or context cancellation while reading body) "
