Feels like im walking on ice

Hello, I have just installed the black ops 2 torrent, and plutonium client. When playing black ops 2, it feels as if I've got some low gravity or im walking on ice. I dont recall the game being like that but maybe its just been too long. Any suggestions on how i can fix this?

BasicKinks Were you in a server or private match? It may depend on the server you were in. It may also be connection or lag.

If its only happening in private matches limit the fps to <300.
