Game opens with audio playing but black screen.

Game opens with the audio playing but the game is just a black screen and it takes me back to desktop without closing when I try to open it.

If it helps, "bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe" is also running with the last line saying:

"loading fastfile en_seasonpass_load_zm"

I don't know much about this stuff so help would be appreciated.

Try entering r_fullscreen 0 followed by vid_restart into the external console.

Xerxes Managed to get multiplayer working but can't say the same about Zombies.

The same thing happens to me and the commands did not work. It just stays stuck at the loading screen although if i left click, I hear my gun shoot.

There should be 2 tabs open in the bootstrapper app. Click the second one, but make sure to keep the first one open as well.
