Modded map won't open up

  • Hey everyone, i'm having a rough time running all zombies modded maps i've been downloading, did every thing right, the creation of the folder in the Plutonium game base, thing is, every time I open the game and click "mods" then select my map of choice, the game reopens in the same way as if the mod hasn't been clicked on

    You either have mods in the Activision mods folder (delete them all) or what is happening imo is that you downloaded an old (or not too popular map) that doesn't have modified main menu. Either get the start command on internet for the map (find the forum where the map was posted like on UGX-Mods) or find the .ff file inside the map folder and when you load the mod in-game type /map ff_file_name (for example: /map nazi_zombies_ship)

  • @lResxt So, apparently every time i downloaded a map it would go straight to the activision mod directory as if it created itself whenever a map was downloaded, i've deleted it and copied all map folders onto storage/mod and it worked. Thanks!

  • @Loose_Cannon That's because the map installers are very old and they never thought someone would install maps somewhere else. You can either move the mod once it's installed in the Activision mods folder or even better open the exe with Winrar or 7-Zip to get the mod folder inside and drag it in the right folder yourself skipping the move part.

  • The mods should be in a directory similar to this one: D:\AppData\Local\Plutonium\storage\t4\mods
