Controller buttons not binded- Need help

I was playing bo2 fine with my Xbox control and then all of a sudden all my buttons got unbounded and I haven't been able to play I tried this but it still didn't work. I really like this game it brings me back to when I played bo2 back in the day. please help me with this so I can get back to playing
