movement bugged in custom games

i cant play any custom games, when i host or join custom games, my movemet seems like broken, i cant move properly and feels like im walking over ice or something weird, the jumps are way longers and feels like low gravity, sometimes i go ultra slow too, its so anoying and i would really like to fix it cuz ill be on a lan with some friends and we will play bo2 but i dont think i will be able to play like this...

if you have unlimited fps on try to cap it on i think the highest is 120 fps
