[Release] Cold War Perks Icons [1.2]

- Double Tap II icon has been slightly improved.

Cold war perks but backported to Bo2.
Those that do not exist, were remade.
Double Tap II Cold War version:
The double tap does not exist in Cold War and I have redone it, since the original design of the 3 crossed bullets does not fit with this style. It is a bullet going through a skull ending up being 2 bullets.
- INSTALATION GUIDE:
Download the file at the top of this post, unzip it, copy the ".iwi" files and paste them into this path:
YourBo2FolderName\t6r\data\imagesIf any of these folders do not exist, simply create them.
Enjoy.
