I can't change sensitivity and no one has an answer for it.
The value of sensitivity dvar changes but the actual sensitivity stays the same.
Running plutonium.exe as admin.
Did fresh install recently and still doesn't work.
plutonium_mp.cfg is NOT set to read only.
Please help.
