shefsito what is your antivirus? Adding Plutonium and BO2 folder as exclusions could help. Guide here
Also try to run the Redist-Installer just to make sure you have every redist required. -

Also try to run the Redist-Installer just to make sure you have every redist required.@lResxt I tried that and then configure the plutonium with windows 8 compatibility that the windows problem solver marked me and with the ones you told me to run it and nothing works it keeps crashing
