Error 0xC0000005 After Just Installing

I just got a new computer about a month and a half ago and decided last night to install BO2 and Plutonium.

It worked completely fine on my last computer but now it seems to have problems.

Every time I try to launch it tries to start the game, going into full screen and everything, but will crash and I get a 0xC0000005 error.

I don't have any overlay apps, and even then I basically closed everything and ran it and it still didn't work.
