Black screen on startup

Downloaded and followed all steps for installation but as soon as I press play I get a black screen and nothing happens. I can’t even run task manager to close it, I just have to restart my pc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything twice and still am having the same problem. Any ideas?

This was happening to me too. The issue for me was NVIDIA RTX Voice, once I disabled that the game worked for me with no issues. My friends had issues with the NVIDIA ShadowPlay as well, they had to disable that for it to work.
