Cinnamonhaato I think there's a misunderstanding. You need uPnP enabled or to port forward. uPnP is automatic port forwarding so if you can't get it to work just port forward manually.

Cinnamonhaato you have to Google that. Every router is different. But from what I see you already did (first screenshot) given that you selected the correct local IP for your PC

Cinnamonhaato waw doesn't use port 4976 but port 28960.
