bo2 zombies keeps crashing and plutonium shows errors

here is my last dump file, but sometimes the game closes even without showing plutonium error.
can you tell me how to fix it? i installed bo2 this day and i did nothing else, no other programs were running in the background

swagfello00 the crash occurs outside of the game or pluto's code, it occurs in ntdll which is part of windows itself. Maybe try this:
- open the start menu and search for "cmd"
- run cmd as admin
- execute the following command
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth- after dism has finished repairing your system restart your pc
Also which antivirus software do you use?

Dss0 thank you, i fixed by myself restoring the bios default options, i don't know how does it work but still. I use windows defender that i disable often so i don't use any external antivirus.
