Help with console settings.

Console settings like cg_fov 120, r_dofenabled 0 etc reset every time the game is launched is there anyway to fix this? Also can bindings that can't normally be changed in game be changed in the console? e.g bind x cg_fovmin 49. (also I have already seen this website before http://gmzorz.com/bo2dvars.html)

Wet Wizard for the fov you can use /cg_fov_default N
For the other command idk if there's a way to make it permanent but an alternative could be to bind that command to an unused key like this /bind P "r_dofenabled 0"
