i changed my resolution setting

hey i changed my res setting in game and now it just doesn't want to display, i have to tab out to get sound the cmd prompt comes up and says everything loaded but it's not displaying anything, i'm trying to reset it so i can play zombies but can't figure it out. thanks in advance

r_fullscreen 0andvid_restartinto the bootstrapper cmd window. Also make sure to update your GPU drivers. What resolution did you try setting it to?HannesC windowed 720p,
