Rebinding an xbox controller

So I like to play COD using my jump as R3 (and knife as A) and none of the preset layouts support this option. I see that you can supposedly rebind your controller how you want in the settings, but I cannot figure out how to. Can someone help me out?

Take a look at bindings_mp.bdg it contains all binds for MP including the ones for controllers.
