i cant join to servers

everytime i try to join to any server starts to load the level, but when it loads the game give me an error and the error says "disconnected from the black ops 2 servers" how can i fix it?

Your PC's too slow to load a map before the server disconnects you (>90 secs). Try defragging your old HDD (probably won't work) or get a new SSD/HDD.
