Does anyone know how to help, Everytime I try to open it I get a message saying "oops plutonium has ran into an issue and must be closed"

GroundyBreak upload the .dmp file to google drive and post the link here. Also if you have msi afterburner/rivatuner or any other software with an overlay disable it.
