T6 Zombies no open

my t6 when it's in the loading screen of any map in any room (online and casual) the game takes 10 minutes to load, but even so when it appears "waiting for textures" the game simply goes back to the menu, this happens in all online rooms and casual. any ideas of help you can do in getting back to playing?
