could someone please help us ... has someone solved the problem -
i'm with an input lag on my bo2 plutonium, my vsync is already OFF and my fps is set to unlimited, but i am still with this problem

savxt try switching to fullscreen mode (not borderless windowed). Also could be that your Nvidia settings override your in-game settings so your vsync might still be on, check in Nvidia panel (or AMD)
