black ops 2 server is not available

i recently downloaded plutonium t6 to play black ops 2 and it went fine for the most part, however an hour later i logged back on except i couldnt connect to the "black ops 2 servers" despite it being on dedicated servers. does anyone know how to fix this?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
