Audio del juego

Buenas,
Yo para jugar al Bo2, me instalé el ds4 para poder jugar en mando, de ahí todo perfecto pero me ha surgido un problema y es que no escucho de ninguna manera el juego, ya sea por el altavoz o por los auriculares. Necesito ayuda por favor.

Settings > Sound > Set your preferred headset in the Sound Device option.
P.S. Do this in the main menu, not when you're inside a match.

Tengo el mismo problema y cuando hago eso se me regresa automaticamente al audio de los altavoces
