Connecting to online services + error

Hello, I am trying to load into BO2 online servers and it just sits on "connecting to online services" then eventually just says visit Black ops 2's there website for help. When I click "F10" to just join a server from that menu I get a error when I load in saying "processing error" then blue screens my game.
Things I've tried:
Restarting plutonium
Restarting my pc
restarting my internet
Joining through F10 MENU
Clicking online many timesIf there is anything you can suggest that would help a lot,
