my BO2 won't start its only start the bootsraper but not the game

Some DX overlay's blocking the game, make sure you quit any overlays you might have running in the background. Also you could try this https://docs.plutonium.pw/docs/repair/ but probably won't work - pretty sure its some app on your PC clashing with Pluto.
