PS4 Controller with BO2

I've tried everything with Big Picture on Steam, I've tried to connect my controller via Bluetooth to my PC, and also DS4 windows, but none of it will recognize my controller.. My PC recognizes that my controller is plugged in every time, but none of these apps see that it's plugged in. I can launch BO2 just fine buy my controller will have no input and it only allows me to use mouse/keyboard on it. Any ideas?

On DS4, You have to edit your controller profile and change the emulated controller to xbox 360
