IdkAName First of all, the t6r folder is never made when first launching the plutonium. Second, t6r is not used anymore. Plutonium staff have been encouraging people to use the
%localappdata%\plutonium\storage\t6for a while and it's time for people to move on from t6r since it's outdated. -
