            Xerxes WTF is avermedia and how do i uninstall that shit, cant find anything online, please help i promise ill donate if i manage to fix it

              Avermedia is a company, their software for their capture cards does hook directx even though its not needed with a capture card which causes that behavior. If you don't know it you probably don't have it on your PC.
