i couldn't join any zombies server and now i can't even play solo

i downloaded the game abt a week ago and i never could join any server in zombies mode so i played only solo and from yesterday the game just stopped working completely the screen just freezes after i click solo play.
i tried redownloading the whole thing but i keep having the same problem. pls help
