My UPNP Is enabled and NAT is open, why cant no one join me?

UPNP:Enabled and my NAT is open for some reason when ever someone tries to join me it says "joining game session" nd never connects them -
if that doesnt work you may try connecting with your friends on "Hamachi" and connecting via the ipv4 address
