I can only play in LRafotag21_ try deleting the launcher and re-downloading it from here https://cdn.plutonium.pw/updater/plutonium.exe also try changing your dns servers (https://www.windowscentral.com/how-change-your-pcs-dns-settings-windows-10).

Rafotag21_ well the launcher exe in your folder is 3864KB and the latest one is 4122KB.
