Game is running but stuck minimized

Hello, I have an issue with the window of BO2 stuck on minimized. I followed every step on the tutorial on the official web page, but when I launch it, the game just won´t maximized. I have checked for solutions and have tried typing on the cmd r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart. When I do it, it works, and i can open the window, but it is really small and I don't know how to put it in fullscreen mode. Any help please?

THANK GOD. I changed the settings on first install, closed the game and it would NEVER full screen, those commands saved me. Tip for future people who may have the same issue use windowed borderless.
