Controller Audio Problem

I'm trying to play BO2 on my ps4 controller with the headset plugged into the controller for audio. I'll jump into a game and the audio will be fine and then it'll cut out after roughly 10 seconds. If I hit the volume up button on my keyboard the audio will come back for roughly 10 seconds then cut out again. If I use mouse and keyboard the audio doesn't cut out. Any suggestions?

hendoranch22 if you're using DS4 windows , it's telling the game it's acting as a xbox controller so that may be where your issue lies. Didn't realize people plugged their headsets into controller while on PC , thars strange itself:p
