when ever i try to open the launcher it says failed to download file bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe ive looked everywhere youtube google reddit and even reinstalled and couldnt find anything to help me does anyone here know how to fix this problem? and also i do not have the full bo2 game only t6r like most peolpe

Wdym t6r like most people? You followed our install guide right? Then you should be good. As for the error, screenshot it - we need the full error.
