Cant get past the the launching

Im new to this but everytime i go to load up Bo2 itll black out and show me this an then crash. Ill see the loading thing at the bottom right corner for maybe 2 seconds then its gone..i tried waiting but even after 30min it still didnt load anything.

Type r_fullscreen 0 and vid_restart into the bootstrapper cmd window and alt tab into the game again.
