After i press play, menu music starts playing, then a couple seconds after everything crashes and this is what shows up

i have disabled my antivirus, i closed everything with an overlay, and ran all the redist install stuff, nothing has worked.

Quit msi afterburner/rivatuner and try launching the game again.
