Bo2 crashing on startup

I downloaded the torrent from the link on the plutonium website and I don't have any other programs running in the background. The path is setup as shown and when I press start it tells me this. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks In advance.

@MyLittleMortys is that a virtual machine? Could you upload the .dmp file to google drive and post the link here?
