Status reseted (sorry if i posted in wrong place)

Hello guys, i reinstalled plutonium.exe and after i login and enter black ops 2 i see my status was reseted i was at level 10 with some weapons and attachments unlocked now i'm level 1, all weapons and attachments are unlocked but i can't use them. what happened? what can i do? thanks.
