the game closes suddenly (multiplayer and zombies)

I play quietly and suddenly it closes and takes me out of the application.

Turnix It may be due to the change in fps or system or because my direct x is outdated but I have already updated it and some solution is still coming out?

Turnix i play on my intel core i5 8th gen laptop i used to be able to play bo2 normally before the new update but now it closes and says disconnected from servers
