B02 Crashing

Hello,
whenever i try run bo2 it crashes because "D3DCOMPILER_43.dll was not found" anyone know a fix?

SynkuMilfHunter install directx from the redist folder in your game folder (redist/DirectX/DXSETUP.exe).
