One person cheat on bo2

Hello, I was partly on bo2 and I was playing when suddenly it surprised me to see a person playing with a sniper and not catching any of his bullets even through houses, vehicles like the nucktown bus by putting myself in full head. Unfortunately I could not register the kilcams but I have his speudo.
His speudo: Fayde Kovaaks
And besides you can see that he still has 70 sniper kills, little death and a big ratio.

MasTeuR39 sorry but without video proof we won't take any action. Getting 70/23 even with a sniper is not impossible.
