Game crashes on startup

I've reinstalled the game twice now and it just gives me this error every time on startup. I don't know how to add the dmp file...

Make sure you don't have any overlays such as msi afterburner/rivatuner running in the background. Upload the dump as said in the error to gdrive and post the link here.

Ive already disabled MSI, Rivatuner, and Discord overlay.
