BO2 plutonium doesn't save data properly as in camo, calling cards, emblem challenges and rank progression

@FrostyJuden None of those are tracked in dedicated servers. Only weapon XP and regular XP. You can play Dedi servers to lvl yourself up to master prestige and lvl your weapons to unlock attachments. However, everything else isn't tracked. You can however forcefully start a public match and play against bots to obtain everything else. Though, it's boring...
