Controller settings aren't being saved on IW5

Hello,
so I have successfully connected my PS4 Controller to my PC and it works good. However IW5 doesn't save my controller settings when INGame. It saves them in the main menu, but every time I connect my Controller to my PC and join a Lobby, my Controller settings have been reset. Seems like the controller settings in main menu are different from settings in Game.
Is there a way to save them forever?
