Bo2 keeps crashing

Im new to this whole plutonium thing and when i get into bo2 multiplayer, the game crashes after a bit, no error message or anything

HannesC I have something called "webroot secureanywhere", however, i have made it allow the files of it, so i dont know the problem

That's the problem indeed. Excluding folders/files in webroot does nothing - only solution is to uninstall it.
