Whenever I download a .exe file from any website and run it, it automatically makes the output localappdata-activision-waw-mods, but it never shows up in that folder. Then, if I move the exe file to localappdata-plutonium-storage-t4-mods anyway, it still doesn’t show up in the mods section in the game, but if I use a zip file map, it works fine. I also cannot change what the output of the .exe file is while installing the map.

Move the folders inside AppData/Local/CodWaW/mods, not the exe.

likeajoshface Your mods have to be in %localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\mods to be playable on Plutonium. By default the exe installers installs the maps in %localappdata%\Activision\CoDWaW\mods so move them in the correct directory.
Please refer to this guide to properly install your maps https://plutonium.pw/docs/modding/loading-mods/#t4

@lResxt I just tried doing this and now nothing is being put into the mods folder in admin-appdata-local-activision-codwaw-mods. I checked the output folder while trying to download the .exe again and it’s supposedly being put in that folder, but then I check it and there is absolutely nothing there

likeajoshface If nothing comes from the install then you're doing something wrong or have weird settings. You can always open the exe installer with an archiver like 7-Zip to grab the map inside yourself and move it directly to the Plutonium mods folder
