Issues with commands not saving between launches

Hi,
I'm trying to play mw3 using my DS4 controller and DS4Windows. This works fine, but everytime I launch the client, I need to switch the reload action and the bumpers/triggers again. These commands do not seem to save between launches.
The only config file I can find is the plutonium.cfg file in the players2 folder, and this is not read-only.
Any help on this issue? Thanks in advance!
