I'm stuck in "Loading fastfile code_pre_gfx_mp"

I'm stucked in this screen, it doesn't crash or something.
I was playing fine, one day this problem appeared and doesn't seem to leave me off.
(I played Plutonium BO2 even in Windows 11, and nothing seems to give problems)
I tried to:
-Reboot the pc
-Unistall the game on Steam.
-Tried to play with the game Plutonium give us
-Deleted all the .temp files in %temp%
-Run everything as Administrator
but nothing seem to solve anything, could someone give me a hand?This is the screen.

In 15 minutes the game finally opened and the server list doesn't display any server.
I honestly don't know what i can do to that. -
If you have downloaded the game from steam, but you have not started it, you have to start it and open both the multiplayer and the zombies mode so that both modes can be downloaded, and then open the plutonium, i think.
