BO2 Multiplayer not starting

If i click play in the Plutonium Launcher nothing happens. Not even an error message

Okay that was the issue. Thank you.
But now i can only hear the Game running and see it in the Taskbar but it wont show up.
Any help?

Type r_fullscreen 0; vid_restart into the bootstrapper cmd window.
