Disable PaP Camo?

Anyone know how I can disable the Pack-a-Punch Camo for all weapons on all maps? I've seen a lot of custom camo mods, but none that keep the guns looking default.

(Can't edit the OP now) I tried making my own by just simply creating a blank/transparent texture to replace the camos with, but it isn't working, my weapons are black. Tried saving the DDS as DXT5 before converting, as well as a few other DDS formats, no luck.

Try to export it as a fully transparten png file and use imgXiwi.2.0 to convert it to .iwi

Xerxes Thanks, do you have a link for that program? The only one I could find was under the MW3 support section, and it doesn't mention being "2.0" (and it didn't work for me when I tried anyway).
Am I perhaps missing any texture file names that I should be replacing? This is what I currently have:
