I do not have a 'Plutonium' folder

I have been trying to play custom maps for zombies, but I just seem to only have the plutonium launcher. No associated folder any where on my hard drive. Is this something I have to make myself, or is the folders true location just escaping me? It truly feels like Ive looked everywhere.

If you press Windows + R and paste
%localappdata%\Plutonium\storage\t4\you should get in the Plutonium folder. Once there if there is nomodsfolder just create it and move your mods there.
